Crusher Rotor for Sale
The crusher rotor is the core component of the hammer stone crusher and impact crusher. It rotates at high speed, driven by a power system, providing energy for material crushing. AGICO’s crusher rotor is made of high-strength alloy steel material. They have the advantages of sturdy structure, smooth operation, good impact resistance, and excellent wear resistance. It is a key component that ensures the safe, continuous, and efficient operation of hammer stone crushers and impact crushers.
AGICO has extensive experience in equipment manufacturing. We can offer a customized crusher rotor solution according to different material properties and operating conditions. Each crusher rotor undergoes rigorous quality testing before leaving the factory. Ensure that the equipment can operate stably for a long period of time.
Performance Advantages of the Crusher Rotor
High strength
The crusher rotor is made of high-strength alloy steel. It also incorporates advanced welding techniques and heat treatment processes. It maintains structural stability even under high load and strong impact, reducing the risk of fracture.
Running smoothly
Each crusher rotor undergoes dynamic balancing and precision machining control before leaving the factory. Ensure that the crusher rotor operates with low vibration and low noise. Reduce equipment failure rate.
Long service life
The crusher rotor utilizes a rational structural design and wear-resistant materials. Extend the replacement cycle for wear-prone parts. Optimize stress distribution to reduce localized wear and impact.
High efficiency
High crusher rotor speed and a well-designed crushing chamber. This allows the material to receive more sufficient impact energy. This increases the crushing ratio and processing capacity. Achieve efficient and continuous production.
Working Principle of the Crusher Rotor
The crusher rotor generates powerful impact energy through high-speed rotation. Maintain a stable operating state throughout the entire process. Achieve an efficient and continuous crushing process.
- Power drive: Driven by a motor and transmission system (belt, coupling). The crusher rotor rotates at high speed. The speed can reach 30-50 meters per second. It provides the necessary kinetic energy for the subsequent crushing of the material.
- Crusher rotor operation: The material enters the crushing chamber through the feed opening. The hammer heads installed on the crusher rotor rotate at high speed under the action of centrifugal force. A strong impact force is applied to the material, completing the initial crushing of the material.
- Broken again: The crushed material is thrown against the liner or impact plate by the action of the crusher rotor. They then bounce and collide repeatedly within the crushing chamber. It is further subjected to impact, shearing, and compression. The particle size gradually becomes finer.
- Material discharge: Once the material reaches the specified particle size, it is discharged from the outlet under the influence of gravity and airflow. Materials that do not meet the standards are recycled and crushed again in the crushing chamber.
Types of Crusher Rotors
Hammer Crusher Rotor
- The hammer crusher rotor is primarily used in hammer stone crushers. It is mainly composed of components such as the main shaft, crusher rotor, hammer disc, hammer shaft, and hammer heads. The crusher rotor drives the hammer heads during its high-speed rotation. Under the action of centrifugal force, the hammer strikes the material in the crushing chamber. The material is gradually broken down through repeated impacts.
- Hammer crushers have a high impact force, a simple structure, and a strong processing capacity. It is especially suitable for crushing materials of medium to low hardness, such as limestone, coal, and gypsum. By rationally designing the arrangement of the hammer heads and the rotor structure, the crushing efficiency can be effectively improved, and the wear of the hammer heads and the crusher rotor can be reduced.
Impact Crusher Rotor
- The impact crusher rotor is primarily used in impact crushers. Typically, multiple highly wear-resistant hammer plates are installed on the crusher rotor. As the rotor rotates, it drives the hammer plates, which then throw the material against the impact plates. The material undergoes multiple repeated collisions between the hammer and the impact plate, thus achieving efficient crushing.
- The impact crusher rotor offers a high crushing ratio and produces well-shaped finished particles. Suitable for industries such as cement, sand and gravel aggregates, and mining. By adjusting the crusher rotor speed and the gap between the impact plates, the output particle size can be flexibly controlled. The rotor requires high strength, precision, and wear resistance.

Materials and Manufacturing Process of the Crusher Rotor
Material Selection:
The crusher rotor, as the core component of the crusher, requires extremely high strength, toughness, and impact resistance from its materials. Based on different crusher types and operating conditions, AGICO selects high-strength alloy steel as the main material for the crusher rotor. Ensure that the crusher rotor maintains stable structural performance even under high-speed operation and heavy loads.
The wear parts of the crusher rotor, such as the hammer heads and breaker plates, are made of high-manganese steel, high-chromium cast iron, or composite wear-resistant materials. It offers excellent wear resistance while also possessing good impact resistance.
Manufacturing process:
AGICO crusher rotors are manufactured using mature and reliable manufacturing processes, with strict quality control from raw materials to finished products. Crusher rotors typically employ a fully welded or forged and welded structure. This effectively avoids internal defects and improves structural strength and safety.
After welding is complete, the crusher rotor undergoes overall heat treatment. Improve the fatigue resistance and stability of the crusher rotor. Subsequently, it undergoes precision machining. Ensure that the critical dimensions, coaxiality, and accuracy of the crusher rotor meet the design requirements.
