Selection and Maintenance of Accessories

Material selection

The material of accessories must be accurately matched according to specific working conditions. Heat-resistant alloys or ceramic materials are preferred in high-temperature areas. The conveying system focuses on high-wear-resistant steel. The sealing components must take into account both elasticity and temperature resistance. Scientific material selection is used to ensure the applicability and durability of accessories from the source.

Heat and wear resistance

Accessories selection must pass strict heat and wear resistance tests. High-temperature components must verify their thermal stability and creep resistance. Friction parts must test surface hardness and wear-resistant coating adhesion to ensure that they can withstand long-term thermal and mechanical loads in actual production.

Life management

Establish a life prediction model for key accessories, implement periodic replacement of wearing parts, conduct status assessment of core components, and continuously optimize spare parts inventory and replacement strategies through data accumulation to achieve the best balance between cost and reliability.
