Raw Material Processing: Limestone is crushed by a limestone crusher into a suitable granularity size for calcination. After crushing, the larger and smaller limestone is screened out by a stacker reclaimer machine and vibrating screen machine to ensure the uniformity of limestone granularity and the uniformity of limestone calcination.
Preheating: The crushed and screened limestone is fed into the cyclone preheater, which utilizes the hot gas recovered from the kiln to preheat the limestone, at which time the temperature can reach 700-800°C, effectively reducing the energy consumption of the calcining stage.
Calcination: The most important stage in the whole lime calcination process, the production capacity of annular lime kilns is in the range of 100t/d - 600t/d, and the production capacity of double beam lime kilns is in the range of 100t/d - 600t/d.
Cooling: The calcined limestone enters the cooler to cool rapidly to 0-100℃. This increases the activity degree of quicklime.
Finished Product Processing: Unqualified quicklime granules are screened out, and can also be made into lime powder using a limestone grinding mill according to customer's requirements, and finally packaged.
