Structure and Principle of LECA Rotary Kiln
- Cylinder: This is a long cylindrical shape made of welded steel plates. Its interior usually contains refractory bricks. It can withstand high temperatures and reduce heat loss. The entire cylinder has a specific tilt angle, which facilitates the forward propulsion of materials.
- Support device: It mainly consists of tires and support rollers. The support rollers support the tire, thereby supporting the weight of the entire cylinder and enabling it to rotate smoothly.
