Installation and Maintenance of Vibrating Feeder:
In order to ensure uniform and stable feeding of the vibrating feeder and to prevent the automatic flow of materials. The equipment should be mounted horizontally. For continuous feeding of general materials, the inclination angle of the vibrating feeder can be set to 10°. For more viscous or higher moisture materials, a downward tilt of 15° is recommended.
When installing, allow for a 20mm movement gap, and ensure that the equipment is hung horizontally with flexible connections. Tighten all bolts at least once after installation is complete, Especially the ground bolts of vibration motors. The feeder should be rechecked and the bolts tightened after 3 to 5 hours of continuous operation.
Lubrication of the motor bearings is essential and they should be greased regularly. Usually, every two months, can be refilled monthly in the summer heat. The motor should be overhauled every six months, and bearings and other parts should be checked and replaced.
