Bridge Stacker Reclaimer Machine
- Stacking: Raw materials are fed into the stacking truck through the conveyor belt, the stacking truck is mounted on the bridge, which can be moved back and forth along the bridge, and then the materials on the stacking truck are evenly distributed in the yard from the unloading chute or the throwing device. A program can be set up to adjust the position of the discharge, stacking the material evenly into a layer-by-layer strip pile. This allows for even distribution of different batches of material.
- Material Extraction: A rotating bucket wheel is mounted on the extraction arm. By rotating, the bucket teeth on the wheel enter the top of the pile and take out the material layer by layer. The reclaiming arm can adjust the angle according to the height of the pile to ensure the uniformity of the reclaimed material. The excavated material enters the conveyor belt through the chute in the reclaiming arm and then enters the writing process through the conveyor belt.
Bucket Wheel Stacker Reclaimer Machine
- Stacking: The material passes through the conveyor belt to the end of the stacking arm, which is mounted on a rotating table and can swing up and down or rotate. If it is a round yard, the stacking arm rotates and stacks the material into a circular pile. In the case of a strip yard, the stacking arm moves in a straight line, stacking the material into a strip pile. The angle, swing range, and conveying volume of the material arm can be flexibly adjusted according to the layout of the yard.
