Main Components of Jaw Stone Crusher
- Fixed Jaw Plate
This is a piece of wear-resistant steel plate fixed on the crushing chamber, and the surface will be toothed or corrugated. Provide part of the force for crushing.
- Movable Jaw Plate
It is mounted on the eccentric shaft and swings around the fixed jaw plate driven by the eccentric shaft to crush the materials. The material is the same as the fixed jaw plate.
- Eccentric Shaft
It is made of high-strength alloy steel and is the power source of the movable jaw plate, driving the movable jaw plate to swing up and down.
- Toggle Plate
It is the supporting member between the frame and the movable jaw plate. It plays the role of supporting and transmitting power.
- Discharge Opening
Located at the bottom of the crushing chamber, the crushed material is discharged from it. The size of the discharge opening can be adjusted to change the size of the finished product.
How the Jaw Stone Crusher Works
The material is conveyed through the stacker reclaimer machine and enters the crushing chamber through the inlet of the jaw stone crusher. Under the drive, the eccentric shaft drives the movable jaw plate up and down. When the movable jaw plate is close to the fixed jaw plate, the material in the crushing chamber is squeezed and crushed. When the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate, the crushed material will be discharged from the discharge port under the force of gravity. jaw stone crusher repeats this movement until the material reaches the granularity required by the customer.
