Important Parts of Hammer Stone Crusher
- Frame
The frame is the outer shell of the hammer stone crusher, which is used to hold the various parts of the machine. The inner wall is inlaid with impact plates. Generally made of high-strength steel plate or cast iron, with super impact resistance and wear resistance.
- Rotor
The rotor is the core part of the hammer stone crusher, which is driven by the motor and rotates at high speed to drive the hammer head to impact the material to make it. The rotation speed of the rotor can be adjusted to change the granularity of the crushed material.
- Hammer Head
The hammerhead is fixed on the rotor, with the rotation of the rotor, direct contact with the material for crushing. - Impact Plate

The distance between the impact plate and the hammer head can be adjusted to change the granularity of the material.
- Screen Plate
The screen plate is located at the exit of the crushing chamber, it is used to screen the crushed material. The granularity that meets the requirements is discharged through the screen plate, while the granularity that does not meet the requirements will continue to be hit by the hammer in the crushing chamber. The aperture size of the screen plate can be adjusted according to the need.
How Hammer Stone Crusher Works?
The rotor drives the hammer head to rotate at high speed under the drive of the motor. The material enters the crushing chamber from the feed inlet, and the rotating hammer hits the material. The material hits the impact plate, bounces back, and is hit by the hammer again. After such repeated movements, the material reaching the required particle size is discharged from the mesh holes of the screen plate. The particles that do not meet the requirements will remain in the crushing chamber and continue to be crushed until they are crushed to the required particle size and then discharged from the screen plate.
