How the Vertical Compound Crusher Works

The vertical compound crusher primarily utilizes a high-speed rotating rotor to crush materials. The material enters the crushing chamber through the feed inlet, and it then falls into the crusher rotor zone. The crusher hammer on the rotor impacts the material, and the material is crushed.

The crushed material impacts the wear-resistant liner of the crushing chamber. Then it bounces off the wear-resistant liner and back onto the crusher hammer. It is further refined through repeated collisions, impacts, and compressions. It achieves the dual function of “fine crushing + coarse grinding”.

The vertical compound crusher has no sieve bars at the bottom. Materials meeting the required fineness are discharged directly from the bottom outlet under the influence of gravity.
