Industrial Cyclone Dust Collector for Sale
An industrial cyclone dust collector, also called an industrial cyclone dust separator, is a mechanical dust removal device. The principle of centrifugal force is mainly used to efficiently separate dust particles from gas. An industrial cyclone dust collector is suitable for primary separation of coarse dust particles, such as in the exhaust gas treatment of various lime calcination kilns in lime production lines. An industrial cyclone dust collector is usually used as an upstream pre-dust removal system, then it is sent to the baghouse dust collector and other equipment. Effectively reduce the load of subsequent dust removal equipment and improve the overall dust removal efficiency.
Industrial cyclone dust collector has the advantages of simple structure, high temperature and high pressure resistance, no consumables, and low maintenance cost. It is particularly suitable for the primary treatment of high-concentration, large-particle (>5μm) dust. It is widely used in lime, cement, mining, and other industries.
Advantages of Industrial Cyclone Dust Collector
Efficient Physical Separation
Industrial cyclone dust collector adopts pure mechanical physical separation technology, which can separate particles larger than 5μm without filter materials, and the separation efficiency of dust larger than 20μm is greater than 99%.
Highly Adaptable
It can handle high temperatures and corrosive dust. It is also equipped with an explosion relief valve, which is suitable for combustible dust such as coal powder and aluminum powder. It has a certain degree of flexibility.
Low Cost
Industrial cyclone dust collector does not need to replace filter media, and can save more than 60% maintenance costs compared to baghouse dust collector. Low energy consumption and long life.
Small Footprint
The industrial cyclone dust collector has a simple structural design and no complicated internal moving parts, so it occupies a small area.
Industrial Dust Control:
——Industrial Cyclone Fust Collector Solution
The unique design principle of the industrial cyclone dust separator can effectively separate particles larger than 10 microns, with a separation rate of more than 99%. The separated dust falls directly into the dust collecting device at the bottom to achieve efficient collection. At the same time, the overall air quality of the production site is significantly improved.
Industrial cyclone dust separator uses a pure physical separation principle in the filtration process, and does not require the use of fragile filter elements. Effectively reduces the cost and downtime losses caused by replacing filter elements. At the same time, as a pretreatment device, it can significantly reduce the load of subsequent filtering equipment.
How Does an Industrial Cyclone Dust Collector Work?
1. Create a swirling airflow: The dust-laden gas passes through the inlet pipe at high speed and enters the cylindrical cyclone body in the tangential direction. Due to the design of the inlet, the airflow entering the dust collector cylinder rotates at high speed along the cylinder wall, forming a high-speed rotating airflow.
2. Centrifugal separation: In the rotating airflow, the dust particles are thrown toward the cylinder wall under the action of centrifugal force. Due to kinetic energy loss and gravity, the coarser particles first hit the cylinder wall and slide down the wall into the ash hopper at the bottom. Finer particles are gradually separated during continuous rotation.
3. Purification and gas discharge: After centrifugal separation, most of the dust particles are removed. The relatively clean airflow, due to the contraction of the bottom of the cylinder, will form an upward rotating airflow in the central area of the dust collector. And finally discharged through the exhaust pipe at the top.
Common Applications
Building materials industry: It can be used in cement production, lime calcination, ceramic manufacturing, glass industry and other industries.
Metallurgical industry: It can be used in steel smelting, non-ferrous metals, foundry workshops and other industries.
Chemical industry: It can be used in plastic granulation, fertilizer production, pigment manufacturing and other industries.
Mining: It can be used in coal processing, metal ore processing, non-metallic mineral processing and other industries.

Buying Advice
Identify Your Needs
Understand the density, stickiness, corrosivity, flammability, and concentration of the dust you are handling. Choose equipment that will achieve your minimum dust collection efficiency. Consider the space available at the installation site. Find out your purchase cost, installation cost, running cost, and maintenance cost.
Consider the Material of the Equipment
Select the appropriate industrial cyclone dust collector material according to the properties of the gas, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, wear-resistant steel, etc. For highly abrasive dust, choose an industrial cyclone dust collector with a wear-resistant lining on the inner wall, such as ceramic, wear-resistant alloy, etc.
Evaluate Suppliers
Choose industrial dust collection systems manufacturers with rich experience and good technology. Understand the supplier’s after-sales service system to provide a guarantee for operation after purchase. Communicate your needs with suppliers as much as possible.
