We specialize in the construction and installation of lime calcination plant and various industrial furnaces, with headquarters design and research Institute, Zhengzhou branch, Suzhou branch, Uzbekistan branch, Indonesia branch, and manufacturing base. AGICO has a Grade B qualification for general contracting and engineering design, a Grade 2 qualification, and a steel structure installation qualification—China Lime Association member, China Calcium Carbide Industry Association member. The company was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise in 2010, with nearly 100 professional technical designers. At the same time, it maintains close cooperation with many famous design institutes in China’s metallurgical and chemical industries and has jointly developed several technical programs with key research institutes and universities in China.

Luoyang Building Materials & Architectural Design and Research Institute is one of the branches of the company. After more than 20 years of development, it has become a national first-class design and research institute integrating scientific solutions for lime production, engineering design, general contracting, technical consulting, technical services, and cement equipment manufacturing. The construction of green energy-saving lime plants is the main vein of enterprise development.

Won the national building materials industry engineering design award 7, provincial and ministerial level above the science and technology progress award 5, as of now has applied for professional. 51 items have been authorized by the state exclusively. Benefit 33 items, and all obtained the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.

Our Factory

The AGICO plant has a range of advanced production equipment that ensures high quality and high precision manufacturing of lime calcination plant and other equipment. Including vertical lathe, gear hobbing machine, gantry milling machine, 200mm floor boring milling machine, bending machine, 150t driving and 40t electric furnace, and so on. In addition, our company has also been invested by China Huarong Capital Management Company to increase high-end equipment such as CNC vertical lathes, further improve production accuracy and efficiency, and ensure that each equipment is strictly in line with standards.
